Complaining about it upon departure is pointless – you'll have already been annoyed throughout your stay. It's better if we fix it right away so you're happy. 🙂

Please note that we unfortunately only have one 1000MBit connection available for the entire house, which is then shared by up to 36 guests and 24 Smart TVs.
