• departure
  Please vacate your room by 11:00 AM. If you plan to depart later, please inform reception in advance. However, we cannot always accommodate late check-outs, as the next guests may also wish to check in early.
• Allergies

If you have any allergies, please let us know. We can then provide you with an allergen-free breakfast.

• Physician
  We will gladly call for medical assistance for you from reception.

Your comfort is very important to us. However, should there be anything wrong with your room, please inform reception immediately so we can find a solution as quickly as possible.

  Bed linen and towels can be changed daily. Please inform reception.
• Payment methods
  We accept debit and credit cards from all major companies.

  Ironing service on request within 12 hours*
• E-bikes
  You can rent e-bikes at reception. The range is approximately 50-70 km. We charge €10 per day for this.
• Shopping facilities
  Besides Duisburg city center, you can also quickly reach Düsseldorf city center with the U79. The Roermond outlet center in the Netherlands is about 60 km away.
• Fax
  A fax machine is available for your use free of charge at reception. Please ask a member of staff if you need to send a fax.
• bicycle garage
  Bicycle storage is free of charge. You can obtain the key for the garage at reception.
• Bike Rental
  Bicycles can be borrowed free of charge at reception. We also have cool e-bikes available for €10 per day.
• Airport
  Airport transfers to Düsseldorf via hotel shuttle are available for a fixed price of €59. We can accommodate up to 7 people including luggage. Please reserve your hotel shuttle at least 48 hours in advance. The hotel shuttle is available from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Breakfast
  Breakfast is served Monday to Friday between 6:00 and 10:00, and on weekends between 7:00 and 10:00. Do you have any special requests (such as specific bread or dietary requirements)? If so, please inform reception.
• ATMs
  You can find an ATM about 500 m from the hotel, at Düsseldorfer Straße 488, 47055 Duisburg.
• Baggage
  You are welcome to leave your luggage at the hotel until the evening of your departure day.
• Drinks / Thrustbar
  There is a small refrigerator in the breakfast room stocked with various drinks. Please simply fill out the form and leave it at reception. Payment will be processed on your departure day.
• pets
  Pets are very welcome here – but there is a €15 charge. Generally, your pet must have at least two and no more than four legs. Please register them at reception. Should you require a pet sitter, we will be happy to assist you.
• Housekeeping
  We clean your room between 9:00 and 12:00. Please let us know if you would like to remain undisturbed during this time, or hang the sign with the red side on your room door.

• Internet
  Our hotel Wi-Fi is called Hotel-XOG. X stands for the respective floor level. The password is hotel2025. Please note that we unfortunately only have one 1000MBit connection available for the entire house, which is then shared by up to 36 guests and 24 Smart TVs.
• Jogging track
  Just 5 minutes from the hotel, there's a lit jogging trail that winds through a forest around the regatta course. You can choose between routes of 5,340 m and 4,970 m, or, if you combine both, a total of 10,310 m. The paved path is also easy to run on in winter. Parking is available, but you can also walk directly to the trail from the hotel.
• Grocery stores
  Within a 500-meter radius, there is a Lidl, an Aldi, and a Rewe supermarket. We will be happy to show you where to find them at reception.
• Food delivery service
  You will find various menus from restaurants that offer delivery at the entrance. Please always include your room number when ordering. Cutlery and dishes are available at reception.
• Trade fair shuttle
  We charge €59 per trip. We can accommodate up to 7 people including luggage. Please reserve the trade fair shuttle at least 48 hours in advance. The hotel shuttle is available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please note that we only run one trip to the trade fair per day. We only offer pick-up in the event of strikes or disruptions to public transport.
• Sewing kit
  It will be waiting for you in your room. Alternatively, you can leave your clothes at reception.

• Public transport
  You can easily travel to Düsseldorf, Essen, the airport, or Duisburg city center using public transport. The following connections are important for you:
  U79  – The tram goes to Duisburg City and main train station, Düsseldorf City, Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) and to the Düsseldorf Trade Fair.
  S1  – The S-Bahn goes directly to Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) and to Duisburg Central Station.
  Bus route 944 – The bus will take you to the Sana/Municipal Clinics, the Bethesda Evangelical Hospital, the Helios Clinic/Marienhospital and the BGU Clinic.
• Reception opening hours
  The reception is staffed from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm during the week and from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm on weekends.
• Parking spaces
  Free parking is available in our courtyard. You can also park on the street; this is permitted and safe in our neighborhood. You are welcome to leave your car in our parking spaces until the evening after your departure.
• pool
  The swimming pool is open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Use at your own risk.
• Umbrellas
  You will find it in the hallway on the ground floor
• Restaurants
  Within a 5 km radius of our hotel, you'll find Greek, Italian, Turkish, Thai, German, Yugoslavian, Chinese, Japanese, vegetarian, and other alternative restaurants. Please ask at reception for addresses and recommendations.
• safe
  You can leave valuables at reception. We will then lock them in our hotel safe.
• sauna
  The sauna is available for private use upon prior reservation for a fee of €15.00 per person. Please register at reception. The sauna takes 30 minutes to heat up. It closes at 9 pm.
• Scan
  You can have your documents scanned at reception. Please ask a member of staff for assistance.
• Swimming Pool
  The swimming pool is open from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm.
• Shuttle service
  We offer a shuttle service to Düsseldorf Airport (DUS), the Düsseldorf Trade Fair Center, or the train station upon request. The price is €59 per trip and for a maximum of 7 people.
• Sports equipment
  Fitness equipment is available for use in the swimming pool.
• TV
  Our smart TVs can receive around 30 free channels in addition to Netflix and Amazon Prime – but not in HD. If something doesn't work right away, you can easily sort the channels using the blue button on the remote control.

  You can order a taxi by calling 0203 / 333333 and stating the hotel name (»Hotel am Sportpark«).
