To ensure your day starts off relaxed, we've selected only the freshest ingredients and finest baked goods for your breakfast, and we change the selection daily to keep things interesting. Most of it will be brought directly to your table, while the rest is available for you at the buffet.

Your breakfast consists of various types of bread and rolls, as well as French butter croissants – fresh from the Vormann bakery – boiled organic eggs, butter, various organic jams, various organic honeys, cream cheese, various sliced cheeses, liverwurst and tea sausage, fresh sausage, and cured sausage – from one of Germany's best butchers according to the gourmet magazine. Of course, the buffet also includes muesli, cornflakes, yogurt, and fresh fruit. For cold drinks, we offer orange juice, multivitamin juice, mineral water, and organic milk at breakfast.

We will serve you fresh Jacobs filter coffee, hot or cold cocoa, and 18 different tea specialties from the Althaus tea manufactory. To finish, we offer ristretto and espresso from Nespresso.

Unfortunately, we are unable to serve scrambled or fried eggs, as our kitchen is not licensed to prepare fresh egg dishes. You are welcome to pack a lunch – a bag is available at the buffet. Please note that our breakfast may contain allergens. Should you have any questions, please ask our staff.

We serve breakfast from 6:00 am to 10:00 am, Monday to Friday, and from 7:00 am to 10:00 am on weekends. Especially on weekends, it can get very busy from 8:45 am onwards, so there may be a short wait. Please don't worry – grab a coffee to go while you wait – it won't take long.
